I happen to love, love, love the staff at ths hotel. I feel at home and everyone really makes my stay enjoyable. And one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. the team here should be commended. I have not met one staff meember no matter what they do that does not greet me witha smile. I was hosting 4 teen boys for a 16th birthday celebration and was concerned that we be in rooms near each other. Although I did not request it, the desk clerks made an effort to find adjoining rooms. while checking us in and without being asked, the two clerks at the front desk Googled a map to assist us in reaching our destination. I regret not getting their names because they were so helpful. The inclusion of breakfast was important to me since four 6 feet tall teens can quickly eat their way through a budget. We are considering another visit to the area and will certainly stay at your Buena Park hotel. Joan, California - March 2010
I wanted to write and let you know what a wonderful staff you have. They are kind and attentive to my requests. I have stayed at other hotels in this area some have cost more and some more expensive, however its the staff that keeps me coming back. Kudos to Tom at the front desk. Javier and his team have created a wonderful hotel experience for me. The entire team at Holiday Inn, Buena Park are to be commended. I spend at least one week per month in SoCal and this hotel is always my first coice. Keep up the great work!!!
