Kudos to Tom at the front desk. Javier and his team have created a wonderful hotel experience for me. The entire team at Holiday Inn, Buena Park are to be commended. I spend at least one week per month in SoCal and this hotel is always my first coice. Keep up the great work!!!

Wonderful hotel! My family and I wold never pick a different hotel when we go to Disneyland/Southern CA. Staff is great - very caring and provides exceptional service. We LOVE this hotel!

The staff were very friendly and most helpful. Never felt like I was an intrusion upon their time. They always tried to answer any questions that I had about the area and went out of their way to help.

Our stay was more than we expected. The parking was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. the room was very comfortable and quiet. We used the shuttle service. We would definitely stay again.

The catering staff at Holiday Inn Buena Park was exceptionally helpful in guiding, overseeing, problem solving, accommodating, and calming, reassuring us during our daughters wedding/reception on the evening of Sept 06, 2009. The services at this hotel are great. The staff there makes my stay
enjoyable and comfortable. All hotels that were built back when this one
was built are showing signs of age but the lobby is beautiful. The pool
area is refreshing. The only thing I have a problem with is the air
conditioning system which is very loud, but I understand it is not practical
to change so I do as is because of all of the other positives at this hotel.
When I'm in the area I don't even consider other hotels.

Vincent was a very pleasant face to see and offered to help with any
thing I might need. The hostess at the Priority Club breakfast is always
verypleasant and accomodating. The breakfast is always good. THank you
for the variety, and not just another Danish and coffee settig. I choose
this location over Anaheim on Manchester due to your friendly staff and
the breakfast.

I wouldn't change a thing!! We had the same great experience/service as
our previous stay. I have recommended this hotel to my friends and
family and I'm sure they will do the same. I live about a half hour away
from this hotel.. With the economy the way it is right now, I can't take
my daughter on our usual summer vacations, but she is very pleased to
be able to stay at this hotel for a couple of days. We have definately
enjoyed our stays here!! We will most definately be back for another stay
before she goes back to school.

Made us feel welcome. Both men who drove us in shuttle were a delight
to chat with and full of info. about the area. One even came early to pick
us up from Knottsberry when we got tired earlier than we planned and
call the hotel.
