I wanted to write and let you know what a wonderful staff you have. They are kind and attentive to my requests. I have stayed at other hotels in this area some have cost more and some more expensive, however its the staff that keeps me coming back. Because of that I also recommend this hotel to my co-workers and anyone coming to this area. Also additional the letter upon check-in was a very nice personal touch.
