Oct 10, 2011 I'm writing to you to inform you of what great service and care we received prior, during and after our stay. I came into the hotel several months ago looking for a place for 9 of my co-workers to stay during our Regional Meeting at our office in Cerritos. After meeting with Dennis Fyda, I knew we had to stay at the Holiday Inn Buena Park. He was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Showed me the property, told me what he could do for our group. He followed up, answered all my questions and was very responsive; while being professional and pleasant every single time. Everything went smoothly. Check in was a breeze, and everyone loved the hotel, accommodations and service. Dennis followed up with us while we were there and called me after our stay to ensure that everything was good. Iw ill not stay at any other place when I come out to Southern Cal for work and I know my co-workers feel the same. Yvette at the front desk and Victor at the Bell Station were also wonderful.
