Cancellation Policy

Canceling your reservation before 6:00pm (local hotel time) the day prior to your arrival will result in no charge.  Canceling your reservation after 6:00pm (local hotel time) the day prior to your arrival or failing to show will result in a charge of 1 night per room to your credit card.  Taxes may apply.  Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
** For bookings made by June 30 for any future dates, no cancellation penalty will apply.

A very large outdoor heated pool and whirlpool as well as a beautiful garden courtyard will help you enjoy your stay. Ventanas Restaurant and Marbles Lounge for a wonderful dining experience.

Fitness Facility - open 24 hours
Our newly refurbished hotel fitness center offers state of the art Life Fitness brand equipment which incudes one lifecycle, one eliptical trainer, and two treadmills.  All cardio machines have a 13" HDTV personal viewing screen so you can watch your favorite shows while you work out.  In addition, the fitness center offers full body nautilus equipment with weight adjustments to work out every part of your body. Also included is a body ball, assortment of medicine balls, scale, clean towels and water dispenser.

Pool is open 7am - 10pm; due  to COVID restrictions, a limited number of people will be allowed in the pool area at one time with social distancing rules (6ft between guests) applying.  No outside visitor are allowed in the pool area.  Pool use is available only for registered guests staying at the hotel.
Our pool is the largest pool in the area and is heated all year round. Towels are provided poolside and there is lots of space for you and your family to enjoy. We also feature a large Jacuzzi and deck for sunbathing.

Poolside food & beverage service is available by picking up the phone and requesting room service. We are at your service and trust you will enjoy our beautiful pool surrounded by beautiful palm trees in a courtyard setting

    Disneyland Shuttles can leave as early as 7:15am when the parks open at 8:00am. 
    Based on the day, the parks open at 8, 9 or 10am.  1st Departure times for shuttle service
    will vary,  typically leaving 30 minutes prior to gate opening.

Smoking Policy

The Holiday Inn Buena Park is a designated smoking hotel.  For our guests who would like to smoke, please utilize outdoor designated smoking areas.  Guests who choose to smoke in our non-smoking guestrooms will incur a $250 cleaning fee.
